The platform is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. Native mobile apps for iOS and Android are coming soon with offline capabilities for POS operations.

Yes! Growth and Scale plans support unlimited locations. Each location can have its own inventory, staff, and reporting while maintaining centralized management and consolidated reporting across all branches.
Yes! The POS system supports barcode scanning for fast product lookup and checkout. You can also generate and print barcode labels for your products using our built-in barcode generator.
Our platform includes professional double-entry accounting. Every sale, purchase, and transaction automatically creates the appropriate journal entries. You can also export data to QuickBooks or Xero for external accounting needs.
Absolutely! Our serialized inventory tracking allows you to track individual items by serial number or IMEI. This is perfect for electronics, phones, and other high-value items where you need complete traceability.
Our service management module lets you create repair tickets, assign technicians, track status, manage warranties, and collect customer signatures. Technicians have their own portal to view and update tickets. All repair history is automatically logged per device.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer or invoice.
If you exceed your user or location limits, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a suitable plan. Your data and settings remain unchanged during the upgrade process.
